Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is one box. However we advice you buy at least 7 boxes or 105Kgs as many airlines charge a minimum of 100kg on freight costs.
Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed successfully on the customer side.

Our packing system is based on details and quality maintenance of the flower. We earnestly maintain the freshness and hydration of the freshly harvested flowers, up to destination.
If we are Out of Stock on an item, you have the option to request an alternative variety of flower or cancel your order. Please note that we do not ‘capture’ or ‘charge’ the funds until we have packed the order and processed the shipping information on that order. Any visible charges are a ‘pending’ transaction and are only billed upon shipment from our warehouse and otherwise will fall off of your credit card statement after 5-7 days (depending on your bank).
PAYMENT & DELIVERY INFORMATION
The time of delivery depends on the day of order, so in general terms your flowers will be delivered to your location in 1-3 days.
The tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the same day the shipment is sent.
On our website you can use the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Wire Transfer, PayPal.
We will send you periodical shipment tracking until the shipment arrives and inform you to go receive your cargo. We will send all the documents you require to clear the flowers from customs.
Initially, the price on e-flowers.top includes the delivery from growers to cargo agent. Further logistic chain depends on the client’s needs. If a client already works with one of transport companies, we contribute to the timely delivery to the mentioned company. If you don’t not have such an experience, our experts offer the best solutions based on good price, quality and reliability.
